According to Chris Broussard of, Iman Shumpert could still be on the move despite the knee injury he suffered Wednesday night against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Broussard speculates that Shumpert’s MRI looks OK, he could be headed to the Thunder for a first-round selection or to the Clippers.

Earlier today I looked at the Thunder’s interest in Shump and Tim Hardaway Jr., although I noted that Hardaway is pretty much untouchable. The MRI would have to show that Shumpert’s MCL is not torn, but there has already been speculation that it is, although that hasn’t been confirmed.

Shumpert has also been linked to the Clippers in a potential deal that surrounded around Los Angeles backup point guard Darren Collison.

The deal with the Thunder would seem more likely, assuming that his MRI comes back OK as the Knicks have made it known that any package surrounding around Shumpert that doesn’t include a first-round pick must also include Raymond Felton. It’s highly unlikely that any contending team will touch Felton.
