From The Winter Meetings:

JImmy Rollins  won’t  waive his no-trade clause in a trade involving the Mets, tHeyman . Rollins has the no-trade clause via his 10-and-5 rights: players who have been on a major league roster for 10 seasons, including his current team for the most recent five, players are given a no-trade clause in their contract.

Rollins has  indicated his preference is to finish out his career with the Phillies, but the club will still attempt to move him to facilitate their rebuilding process.

Rollins, 36, is still among the better shortstops in baseball. During the 2014 season, he batted .243, that was slightly better than the average batting line for shortstops. He also contributed 17 home runs, 55 RBI, and 28 stolen bases. He’ll be a free agent after earning $11 million in 2015.
