In Baseball news, The Nationals may hold on to Jordan Zimmerman and are now open to trading Stephen Strasberg. The Nationals have labeled Strasberg “very much available.” Strasberg is 26 and has just avoided arbitration this past week. He will be eligible for arbitration once again, after the 2016 season, when he will become a free agent. Strasberg has been at the top for the past three years compiling a 3.10 ERA 630 k’s to 147 BB’s. He is third in strikeout rate to Yu Darvish and his new teammate Max Scherzer.
